BDDCML v2.4

- added parameter just_direct_solve_int to bddcml_init function - if > 0,
BDDCML acts just as an interface to a distributed solution by the MUMPS solver, 

- one-subdomain case supported - BDDCML then switches to serial solution by MUMPS

- added steepest descent method
